At UPSEND we don't believe in the one size fits all approach.  We think it's best to work flexibly to better suit your requirements.  Some parents choose to navigate the EHCP process themselves with us on hand to provide  advice and guidance at each step, others wish us to undertake the whole EHCP process from start to finish and their behalf. Some families may just need advice or to make use of our letter writing service.  However you want to approach your situation we will have a solution.

You pay for our services hourly and can use your purchased time in anyway you like, for example you may require an hours worth of legal advice or a short amount of legal advice and a document checking service, we can work flexibly with you to achieve the best outcome. By paying for our services and expertise by the hour we are able to keep your costs to a minimum ensuring you only pay for what you need.  Our hourly rate is £40/hr.
